Allie said today was a little easier and tomorrow shouldn't be too bad either. She's in good spirits and is very grateful for all her wonderful friends and family.

Day One
Allie and Jeff arrived in Minnesota and Monday was filled with appointments for lots of tests. They tested her Renal functions and also did the bone marrow biopsy. Allie said they put her to sleep for the biopsy but since they took samples from both hips, she's a little sore today. The next few days will be filled with more appointments and tests but Allison wants everyone to know she's doing well. I'll keep you posted as I hear more.
Thank you again to everyone who is following their journey, praying and helping out. With so many of us behind them, I know they'll get through this and be back home soon with all of us who love them!

Yard Sale a HUGE Success!!
Thank you, thank you , thank you to everyone who showed up! People bought items, made donations and bought chances to win door prizes. The end result?? Over $20,000 raised!

In addition to the PayPal button on the right side of this page, donations can also be made at any Credit Union of America branch. Just tell them you'd like to make a deposit in the Hope 4 The Hoskins Medical Fund account. Also, please email me if you need a receipt for tax purposes. Email

Garage Sale Details
The sale will be this Saturday April 26th at North West Christian Church. (21st & Maize Rd.) The sale starts at 7 am and runs til we're done! In addition to items available to purchase at the garage sale, there will be door prizes given away including spa gift certificates, barbecue grills, tickets to ride in the Liberty Belle, a 42" plazma screen TV and more!

On the health front: Allie had a bad scare over the weekend and she is currently at Wesley Medical Center having some tests run. That part sucks...here's the good news: the test for cancerous cells in her spinal fluid was negative!! She's been having headaches and they are working to figure out what is causing them. The plan is still to head up to the Mayo Clinic on the 26th. I'll keep everyone posted!

HUGE GARAGE SALE!!
Some friends and family have organized a HUGE garage sale with all of the proceeds going to help Jeff & Allie. It will be held Saturday, April 26 starting at 7am at North West Christian Church. (21st & Maize Rd.)
There will also be drawings for spa treatments, gift certificates and more!

She's a Trooper!
Today was Day 2 of 3 days of Chemo. Allie says she's tired and a little queasy but doing good. One more day tomorrow and then she'll have a little bit of a break. She says to let everyone know she's doing OK and loves you all!
